Gain Better Control of Insect Pets and Mites in Organic Production

DiaMate^® (technical grade sodium bisulfate) is for use in organic poultry production in combination with DIAFIL^® 610B, an EPA, FIFRA and OMRI-approved product, as a carrier to aid in mechanical spreading, or sequentially as a deliquescent salt to aid in adherence to target surfaces. Diafil® 610B and DiaMate are to be used together for optimal effectiveness*.

Directions for Use

DiaMate is for use in and around organic livestock and poultry operations and may be applied over the top of animals, when present. DIAFIL^® 610B is intended for use to control insect pests and mites, and is to be applied using commercially available hand dusters, power dusters or other suitable means for application to areas where insect pests are found, including**:

• Poultry Houses
• Cattle Barns
• Horse Stables
• Swine Houses
• Calf Hutches
• Pet Kennels
• Livestock Structures
• Loafing Barns

Applications are permitted when animals are present and may be used over the top of animals. In poultry houses, litter should be retreated when replaced and before each new batch of animals are introduced to the facility. Use Restrictions: DO NOT apply directly to animal feed or watering equipment.
