pHase™ Food Grade Sodium Acid Sulfate
pHase™ (Sodium Acid Sulfate) is a new patented acidulant that effectively lowers pH without a sour taste. Low pH is necessary for preservation and stability in acidified foods, but sour taste can often overpower the intended flavor of the formula. pHase™ lowers pH without imparting a sour taste, allowing the natural flavor of the food to be appreciated. pHase™ creates new opportunities in product development and product improvement.
