JONES-HAMILTON APPOINTS BRIAN BROOKS AS
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
WALBRIDGE, Ohio -- Jones-Hamilton Co., an employee-owned manufacturer of chemical products, announces Brian Brooks has been named Chief Financial Officer.
As Chief Financial Officer, Brooks is responsible for overseeing all financial activities for Jones-Hamilton. In addition, Brooks oversees day-to-day operations within the Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology and Customer Service groups. Brooks reports to Bob James, Jones-Hamilton President & CEO.
“Brian Brooks has strong experience that will be a tremendous asset to him in his new role as CFO,” said Bernard Murphy, Executive Vice President, Jones-Hamilton. “We’re excited to welcome him as part of the Jones-Hamilton family.”
Prior to Jones-Hamilton, Brooks was Chief Financial Officer at Armstrong Mechanical Services in Toledo, e-Ledger.com of Toledo, and Interface Systems of Ann Arbor. He began his career at the Toledo office of Ernst & Young.
Brooks received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kenyon College and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Toledo. He and his family currently reside in Monclova Township, Ohio.
