Specialty Chemical Manufacturer Recognized by Ohio Chemistry Technology Council, Safety Council of Northwest Ohio For Continued Safety Commitment and Performance
WALBRIDGE, Ohio -- Jones-Hamilton Co., an employee-owned manufacturer of specialty chemical products, was recognized with awards from two organizations for its continued commitment to safety and environmental protection.
The Ohio Chemistry Technology Council honored Jones-Hamilton with the council’s Excellence in Environmental, Health, Safety and Security Performance Award. The award was given in recognition for Jones-Hamilton’s dedication to upholding effective programs that resulted in significant performance enhancements during 2004. The award recognized Jones-Hamilton for implementing documented management systems that prevent pollution and serious accidents as well as for developing strong working relationships with government officials, industry peers and the community.
